What Does A Child Support Agreement Mean
There will always be benefits that are unique to your situation when entering into a BCSA, especially if you are both on reasonable friendly terms and can agree among yourselves on the basic terms of the agreement. If the parents agree, they can reach a legally enforceable agreement on the amount, frequency and type of support after separation. As a general rule, limited agreements cannot reverse the number and roles of foster parents, since the annual rate to be paid by the paying parent under the agreement must be at least the rate to be paid by that parent after the administrative assessment. When children live with both parents, the courts rarely, if ever, teach parents how to financially support their children. However, when the parents are not together, the courts often order one parent to pay the other a set amount as financial support for the child. In such situations, one of the parents (the obligated party) receives family allowances and the other parent (the debtor) is ordered to pay family allowances. The amount of child support can be determined on a case-by-case basis or by means of a formula that estimates the amount that parents would have to pay to financially support their children. . . .
